1. VALIDITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or
"you") and Roumio ("Roumio," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of
our services, including but not limited to our mobile application (the "App"), website (the "Site"), and
all related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, downloading the App, or otherwise using our Services,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you
do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using our Services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Roumio is a global eSIM provider offering digital SIM cards for travelers. Our Services include:
- Offering eSIM data plans for seamless connectivity across multiple countries.
- Managing eSIM activation and usage through our App and Site.
- Providing tools for users to track data usage and purchase additional plans.
Users are required to ensure that their devices are eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. A full listof compatible devices is available on our Site.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS
By using the Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to your account.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services.
- Use the Services in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Roumio's systems or other users' accounts.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account ("Account"). By creating an
Account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Update your Account information promptly if there are any changes.
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
Roumio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during
the registration process proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.5. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
The use of Roumio Services may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated to you
before purchase. Payments must be made through authorized methods, including credit/debit cards
or supported digital payment systems.

5.1 Automatic Renewals
Certain plans may be subject to automatic renewal. You will be notified of any recurring charges
during the purchase process. You can cancel renewals through your Account settings.

5.2 Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided at Roumio's sole discretion in cases where Services cannot be delivered
due to technical issues attributable to Roumio. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of
purchase.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, trademarks, and proprietary information provided through the Services are owned by
Roumio or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without
prior written consent from Roumio.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND TERMS
Roumio reserves the right to modify these Terms or any part of the Services at any time. Any
changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after
modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. TERMINATION
Roumio may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including
but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will
immediately cease.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roumio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not
limited to, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. These Terms
are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan Republic.
